Bryce Pritchard is a Denver, Colorado based musician. He began playing guitar at the age of 10, and music has been his primary focus since he was around 15 years old. He started by playing blues music at jams and contests while living in Kansas City, where he grew up. Later, he attended the University of Colorado, Denver, where he graduated with a B.S. in recording arts in 2021. Since then he has been working at a career in music. That includes playing gigs around the city, and teaching guitar and bass. Bryce also continues to produce his own music. With a passion for guitar, and teaching, his goal is to light the fire and help inspire students to pursue music as far as they can. His philosophy is to meet everyone where they are, and find practical steps to get them to where they would like to be. He prioritizes learning music by playing music, putting songs first and then tackling all of the musical and technical concepts that go into it. Additionally, Bryce likes to sneak in music theory when relevant, as students tend to find it to be a bit of burden. That is, until they see how useful the knowledge can be. With a love for playing guitar he wants to help as many students find the same joy that he has in the instrument, and all the benefits that come with it.
