Daniel Hamilton is an accomplished musician with more than 20 years of playing experience. He began teaching guitar in 2016 at Brookfield Center for the Arts, shortly after graduating with honors from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Daniel has studied with Steve Peplin and Pete Billmann, two highly regarded jazz guitarists in the Milwaukee area. He now teaches in the Madison area.
Daniel’s musical interests are wide-ranging, with formal study in flamenco, classical, and jazz guitar. He is also passionate about bass guitar and piano, both of which he teaches.
His love of teaching is rooted in a desire to share music with as many people as possible. Daniel believes every student has the potential to discover their own talent and musical voice. He tailors his lessons to the individual, helping each student grow, explore their interests, and develop confidence in their musicianship.
