Isaiah Kitts-Lewinski is a jazz guitarist based in Milwaukee, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. While his musical foundation is rooted in jazz and classical genres, he teaches all styles of music. His teaching approach emphasizes guitar fundamentals, reading music, working with a metronome, and playing along to recordings.
Once students achieve a foundational skill level, they are encouraged to bring in music they wish to work on or focus on a specific style. Isaiah places importance on learning music by ear in addition to reading music, ensuring students become well-rounded musicians. He believes this approach fosters a deep understanding of the craft.
