Melissa Simes started piano lessons at age 9 with Sandy Ryan at Music Dynamics of Sussex. While with Sandy, she participated in music events including Clavinova Festival, WMTA competitions, group ensembles and recitals. She continued lessons into college at Carroll University where she studied under Shanti Daya. She then attended Milwaukee Area Technical College to officially take on a music degree. In 2017, she graduated with honors with an Associate’s Degree in Music Occupations. Melissa has been teaching piano lessons since 2016. In addition to teaching music, she also has experience performing; whether at a piano lounge, senior living center, department store, one of her bands, or her solo act, SSAANN, she is always happy to share the healing gift of music.
Melissa is currently offering piano lessons in Milwaukee and is accepting new students.
