Hailed by The Observer (UK) as playing “with refreshing delicacy,” Rebecca Royce is a professional harpist who performs regularly as a soloist, chamber, and orchestral musician. She performed with the London Philharmonic Orchestra for their Debut Sounds Concert after winning an audition for their Foyle Future Firsts program. She has also performed with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, the Milwaukee Ballet Orchestra, the International Contemporary Ensemble, the Akron Symphony Orchestra, and the London Chamber Strings. She is a substitute player for the Houston Symphony, the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, and the Baton Rouge Symphony. She holds a Master of Music from the Royal Academy of Music in London and a Bachelor of Music with multiple honors from the Chicago College of Performing Arts.
Rebecca teaches harp, piano, double bass, and music theory. She enjoys creatively engaging students while focusing on a solid musical foundation tailored to the individual student. She is currently offering double bass, harp, and piano lessons in the Milwaukee area and is accepting new students.
