TEACHING PROGRAM

Maestro Makers offers a year-round program of in-home lessons designed to develop and refine each student’s musical abilities through mentorship by professional instructors.

Rolling Enrollment: Students may begin lessons at any time during the year, subject to instructor availability. New students will be placed within the current trimester.

For 2025 / 2026, the program is organized into three trimesters:

TRIMESTER 1 Sept. 2, 2025 – Dec. 19, 2025
TRIMESTER 2 Jan. 6, 2026 – May 28, 2026
TRIMESTER 3 Jun. 1, 2026 – Aug. 31, 2026

Summer lesson availability is determined by each instructor. While most continue teaching, scheduling expectations may vary.

PRICING

30 minute lesson = $40  |  45 minute lesson = $54  |  60 minute lesson = $72 (two 30 min or one 60 min lesson)

BILLING & PAYMENT POLICY

Scheduling
Lessons are held weekly.

Invoicing
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s lessons.

Payment
Payment is due by the 7th.

Payment Methods
We accept:
• Credit cards (3% processing fee)
• ACH transfer (no fee)

Not Accepted
Checks and cash are not accepted. Instructors do not collect payment directly.

Late Payments
A $20 late fee applies after the due date. Accounts more than 14 days past due may result in suspended lessons and loss of the reserved time.

Automatic Payments

CANCELLATIONS

Each lesson time is reserved exclusively for you. The following policy ensures consistency for all students:

We value every student and the time your instructor dedicates to your musical journey. Because each lesson slot is important and carefully scheduled, we want to share our cancellation guidelines for the 2025 / 2026 school year:

For Trimester 1 and Trimester 2, up to two cancellations per trimester are permitted at no charge. Additional cancellations are billed at the regular rate, as scheduling commitments are reserved in advance, regardless of notice.

Same-day cancellations are charged and do not count toward the two allotted cancellations.

For Trimester 3, all same-day cancellations are charged.

Rescheduling may be requested in advance, but cannot be guaranteed due to instructor travel and limited availability.

This policy supports a consistent schedule and the highest quality instruction.

Withdrawal from Program
Enrollment reserves a dedicated weekly lesson time. A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required to withdraw. This allows instructors to adjust their schedules accordingly. Lessons within the 14-day notice period will be billed as scheduled. To ensure proper processing, notice must be provided to both your instructor and Matt at matt@maestromakers.com or 262-305-1607.

MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES

A parent or responsible adult must be present for students under age 16. Please help maintain a focused lesson environment by minimizing distractions.
